Contract Drafting and Review

Most disputes we later see could have been prevented by three clauses: payment terms, termination and dispute resolution. We draft and review contracts with an eye on how they will read when a relationship goes wrong, not only when it is going well.

Frequently asked questions

Can you review a contract already signed?

Yes. A review of a signed contract identifies your position and obligations under it, though amendments then require the other party's agreement.

Do you draft in Arabic and English?

Yes. Contracts can be prepared in either language or as a bilingual document.

Which version prevails in a bilingual contract?

That depends on the governing language clause, which is one of the provisions we address specifically when drafting.
