No. Recovery cannot be guaranteed. The outcome depends on the documents, the debtor's financial position, the nature of the claim and the cooperation of the parties.
Can you act without a written contract?
Often yes. Invoices, delivery notes, statements of account, cheques and correspondence can together establish a claim. The documents available will be assessed at the outset.
Do you start with legal action?
No. We begin with professional contact and negotiation, which is normally faster and less costly. Escalation is discussed only if the amicable route does not succeed.
